Achieving Business Objectives Through Plain English

Plain English?  Isn't that all about using simple words?  Well, actually no, it's not.

Plain English is about using the best communication tools to help you to achieve your business objectives.  The clients who come to Frankspeaking are not looking for 'simple words'.  In fact, some of them do not want any simplification at all.  They want a bottom line advantage.

If customers do not buy your products because they cannot understand the Instructions for Use then you can go out of business.  If your instructions are really easy to follow, your profits can shoot up.

If your workforce does not understand the Chief Executive's directives, nothing much is going to improve around where you are.  If internal procedure manuals (usually written by experts) aren't comprehensible to the non-experts who often use them, then what's the point of having them in the first place? (According to Government figures up to 3.5 million employees have poor levels of reading or number skills.  You are reading this, they probably can't.)

If yours is a warm-hearted loving organisation and your publications are cold and unwelcoming, then you are not putting your organisation over in the best light.

Do what you do best - spend your time developing your business and let

Frankspeaking take the the time to polish up your masterpieces.

Frankspeaking's Plain English consultancy is all about helping organisations to succeed in their aims.  Frank will focus on your business needs first.
